The Ritual:

1. CLEANSE: 
Blend a nickel-sized amount of Oat Cleansing Facial Polish with a splash of water. Place hands over the nose and mouth. Breathe deeply to allow the benefits of aromatherapy to relax the mind. Using gentle pressure, lightly massage polish onto damp skin in small circles. Start with the face, then move to the neck and décolleté. Remove with a soft, damp washcloth or reusable bamboo pad. Rinse the face thoroughly in warm (not hot!) water.

2. BRIGHTEN: 
Using a nickel-sized amount, apply to skin in an even, thin layer of Sweet Cherry Brightening Enzyme Peel (Take care to avoid the eye area.) To include neck and décolleté, use a quarter size amount. Leave on for 3-5 minutes, then remove with a soft cloth and rinse thoroughly. Use a sunscreen, wear protective clothing and limit sun exposure for one week afterwards.

The Enhanced Ritual: Get lymph support + a deeper cleanse: Place your fingers at the center of your chin. Slide them along your jaw, moving outwards to the ears. Repeat 3 times on each side. Place your fingers on either side of your nose, and slide them under the cheekbone, moving outwards to the ears. Repeat 3 times on each side. Place your fingers just above your brows and slide them up towards the hairline. Repeat 3 times. Place your fingers under the ears and slide them down the neck towards the collarbone. Repeat 3 times on each side
