Return & Exchange Policy:
If you are dissatisfied with any product purchased through our site for any reason, you may return the item(s) within 45 days for an exchange or refund.
Please be advised that prior authorization is required on all returns and exchanges. Any return or exchange sent to us without return authorization cannot be accepted.
For any manufacturer defects, or damaged products occurred in shipping we will provide prepaid return labels.
*A note on Eminence Seals: We place seals on Eminence products to prevent leaking and to ensure that the product does not spill when initially opened. At times a seal will shift during transport or simply stick to the underside of the product’s lid. Please note that this is generally not a sign that the product has been tampered with and should not be cause for alarm.
Prepaid Returns Labels are at the sole discretion of Natural Beauty Group.
Follow the steps below to return or exchange the item(s):
If a Prepaid Return Label is provided print the label from your email.
Pack items into a box and include your return authorization number. Please include any additional notes or details to help expedite the return process. Seal the box and affix the pre-paid label to the outside.

Take the package to any USPS pick up or drop off location.
We are not responsible for return packages that are lost in transit.
Please allow up to two weeks for the return to be processed, at which time a credit or exchange will be made depending on your request. Please allow one to two billing cycles for the refund to show on your account.
Naturalbeautygroup.com e-Gift Cards, Samples, and Travel Sizes cannot be returned or exchanged.
At Natural Beauty Group we make every effort to track products that are unsatisfactory to our customers and to remove those products that have a history of being returned. For this reason we appreciate any comments/reasons that you can give us for returning a product that you find unsatisfactory.
