 COOLA's Rosilliance  Tinted Moisturizer with SPF 30 is a sheer mineral Tinted Moisturizer that features broad spectrum protection and Rose Stem Cells, Acai Fruit Oil and Plankton Extract to help improve moisture retention, brighten the skin and improve collagen production. Skin is left feeling supple and nourished for a makeup-free look with a light Rose scent. Water-resistant for up to 80 minutes and dermatologist tested to be non-comedogenic.
