As a Natural Beauty Group customer, you are very important to us and we want you to be totally satisfied with your purchase.
If the product was damaged during shipping we will send out a new duplicate product with a return shipping label. If the product produced irregular skin reactions you may return the product(s) in their original packaging along with all parts, pieces and printed materials to us for a refund minus the 15% processing fee within 30 days of delivery. Product must be at least 75% full. If you would like to exchange for another product the 15% processing fee will be waived. Shipping charges may occur. We recommend that you use a trackable and/or insured shipping method as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in the mail. Samples and Travel Size products do not qualify for a refund unless the wrong product was shipped.
Returns within 30 days are allowed for any unopened product or can be exchanged for a different product. Processing fees are waived for your first return and for any returns with Silver and above Loyalty club members. We will only accept products that were purchased from Natural Beauty Group
All returns MUST contain a copy of your invoice with the unique RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization) that we provide you written on it.
To qualify for your RMA# from Natural Beauty Group either call us or fill out our online RMA# request form and submit it to us. Once we review the request for your return(s) and approve it we will contact you.
We will notify you via phone or e-mail once we have received the returned item and processed your refund. A refund will be made in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 business days of receiving your return.
Refunds are issued for the price of the returned product only. We do not refund shipping charges unless due to shipping errors. Customers are responsible for shipping charges when returning products or making exchanges. Free shipping and any promotional items will be calculated based upon your final purchase total after your return(s).
At Natural Beauty Group we make every effort to track products that are unsatisfactory to our customers and to remove those products that have a history of being returned. For this reason we appreciate any comments/reasons that you can give us for returning a product that you find unsatisfactory.
