Shipping & Delivery
Once you place an order you will receive an e-mail from Authorize.net showing your credit card was charged by Natural Beauty Group. Your bank statements will show the charge as being from Natural Beauty Group. Orders placed by 4pm MST Monday-Saturday will be shipped the same day. Our standard Priority shipping generally takes 2-3 days from the ship date until arrival to most US locations. Upgraded Express shipping takes 1-2 days for arrival to most US locations.
For international orders, we only invoice for the cost of shipping and will include additional samples or free products to help offset the charges. We offer FedEx and USPS Global Priority Mail. Both companies are very fast, reliable and economical. Packages shipped to International destinations using Priority shipping will have transport times of 1-2 weeks or more, depending on the destination and Customs clearance time. Once you determine the shipping method, we will add this amount to your invoice. Please feel free to e-mail us with any shipping questions you may have. Thank you again for your order.

As a Natural Beauty Group customer, you are very important to us and we want you to be totally satisfied with your purchase.
If the product was damaged during shipping we will send out a new duplicate product immediately and send you a return shipment label. If the product produced irregular skin reactions you may return the product(s) in their original packaging along with all parts, pieces and printed materials to us for a refund minus the 15% processing fee within 30 days of delivery. Product must be at least 75% full. We recommend that you use a trackable and/or insured shipping method as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in the mail. Samples and Travel Size products do not qualify for a refund unless the wrong product was shipped.
Returns within 30 days for any unopened products or exchanges for a different product are subject to a 15% processing fee. Processing fee is waived for preferred customers on unopened products. We will only accept products that were purchased from our website.
All returns MUST contain a copy of your invoice with the unique RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization) that we provide you written on it.
To qualify for your RMA# from Natural Beauty Group either call us or fill out our online RMA# request form and submit it to us. Once we review the request for your return we will contact you via email.
We will notify you via phone or e-mail once we have received the returned item and processed your refund. A refund will be made in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 business days of receiving your return.
Refunds are issued for the price of the returned product only. We do not refund shipping charges unless due to shipping errors. Customers are also responsible for shipping charges when returning products or making exchanges. Free shipping and any promotional items will be calculated based upon your final purchase total after your return(s). We will deduct any shipping or promotional item costs if your final total falls under the below minimum.
At Natural Beauty Group we make every effort to track products that are unsatisfactory to our customers and to remove those products that have a history of being returned. For this reason we appreciate any comments/reasons that you can give us for returning a product that you find unsatisfactory.
